G-Police (1997, Windows) is one of the best and most seamless 3D gameplay experiences I’ve ever played for computer (other that first-person shooters). The play control takes some getting used to, but once you get the feel (USB gamepad or 1999 PlayStation version recommended), it is very good. It even has an interesting plot and cool animated cutscenes between some of the levels.
